  • Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time.
  • Children under 2 years old can ride for FREE, provided they do not occupy their own seat in the gondola.
  • Seats on the gondola cannot be choen; they are assigned by the gondolier based on the guests’ weight distribution.
  • The guide will be on only one gondola; participants in other gondolas will listen via audio devices.
    – Live commentary is available in English.
    – Commentary in German, Japanese, Chinese, Hindi, and Russian will be provided through a mobile app, which can be downloaded on personal devices (smartphone, tablet).
  • The itinerary may change due to wind or bad weather conditions.
  • Animals are not allowed on the gondola.
  • Both digital and printed vouchers are accepted (to be shown to the staff at the meeting point).
  • The tour will not take place in the case of exceptionally bad weather or unusually high/low tides (in such cases, it will be rescheduled for the next day or refunded).

Continuing along the Grand Canal, the city’s main waterway, you’ll marvel at the grand Church of Santa Maria della Salute, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, and some of Venice’s most splendid palaces, including Ca’ Dolfin, Ca’ Loredan, and Palazzo Grimani, among many others. The tour also takes you to Punta della Dogana and the San Marco Basin, before concluding in Campo San Moisè. At the end of the ride, you’ll have the chance to experience a unique virtual reality journey, allowing you to “sail” the peaceful waters of the Grand Canal at sunset, traveling through the centuries.
