The refund policies for products sold on the platform vary and are specified on each product's page. Products sold by the organizer Vela Spa do not allow for refunds. However, for special cases, we recommend contacting customer support. For the City of Venice Access Contribution (CDA), a refund can be requested if the request is made by midnight the day before the usage date.
