Carolyn, an American in love with Italian culture and married to a Venetian, will guide you through an unforgettable culinary journey, teaching you to prepare authentic dishes with fresh, seasonal ingredients from local suppliers.

During the four-hour course, you will learn to make traditional Italian stuffed pasta, delicious cookies, and a Venetian cream dessert. The experience will conclude with a tasting of your creations on the panoramic terrace, weather permitting, together with other participants and a good glass of regional wine.
